INFORMATION ABOUT THE ORDER PROCESS
On this page you will find all information about the order process, shipping and payment options as well as return and exchange conditions.
SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY DETAILS
Our sheet music are available in print (postal delivery) or for single download as PDF.
These non-binding delivery times apply for the regions stated below (working days Monday through Friday):
- Switzerland: approx. 1-3 working days
- Europe: approx. 5-10 working days
- Rest of the world: approx. 6-15 working days
The merchandise will be dispatched on the day of order placement:
- Economy shipment: for orders placed by 2pm.
- Priority shipment: for orders placed by 10am.
Shipping charges depend on order volume (volume/weight) and will be indicated in the shopping basket.
Import, taxes and customs duties
Import, taxes and customs duties are not included in the invoice and will be charged by the customs directly.
Type of delivery
The delivery service indicated will be used for the regions below:
Switzerland: Swiss Post
All other countries (no PO boxes or pack stations): Swiss Post
Certain products may not be available for delivery to all countries.

You can conveniently pay for your purchase in the OBRASSO shop by credit card (Mastercard and Visa), PayPal, TWINT or Postfinance.
Invoice sent by e-mail - advance payment - delivery after receipt of payment
Following your purchase in the OBRASSO shop, an invoice will be sent to you by e-mail. Under payment information, you will find all relevant information required for transfers to our EUR / GBP account.

Do not forget to indicate your invoice number among payment information. This will enable us to process and ship your order swiftly. Please note that your order will be shipped after having received your payment.
Invoice - for deliveries in Switzerland only
Following your purchase in the OBRASSO shop, the merchandise will be shipped to you together with the invoice. Always use the orange payment slip to go with the invoice, please. This enables us to process your order properly.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
Return and Exchange
For copyright reasons, we are only able to take back or exchange sheet music if there is an incorrect delivery or if there are manufacturing faults. For copyright reasons, we are only able to take back or exchange sound or image carriers if the goods are still in the original packaging. Returns must be accompanied by the invoice or delivery note, otherwise it will not be possible to process them. The time limit for any return is 10 days from receipt of the purchased items. Transport damage must be reported within 48 hours, otherwise the entitlement to a free replacement lapses. Returns for reasons other than those mentioned above can only be accepted by agreement with our customer service.
Please return shipments by post (letter or parcel). The costs for a returned delivery will only be refunded or credited, if the goods were incorrectly delivered by us or defective.
